Kilimo Incubators Ltd provides an online platform for purchasing poultry farming equipment, egg incubators, day-old chicks, feed, and related products in Kenya and East Africa.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To access certain features of our website, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

All purchases through our website are subject to the following terms:

• Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified
• We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, mobile money, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery
• Payment must be completed before chicks are dispatched (live animal policy)
• Equipment orders require full payment or approved financing before delivery
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Taxes and shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all poultry equipment and day-old chicks:

• Day-old chicks must be delivered within 24-48 hours of hatching
• Equipment delivery times are estimates: 1-3 days Nairobi, 3-5 days upcountry
• Chick delivery requires climate-controlled vehicles and special handling
• Shipping costs vary based on location and urgency (chicks require express delivery)
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for inspecting chicks and equipment immediately upon delivery
• Chick mortality claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
• Equipment issues must be reported within 24 hours

Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Day-old chicks: Live animals cannot be returned. Mortality compensation may apply for losses during transit.
• Equipment returns: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery in original condition
• Incubators: Cannot be returned if used. Unused units may be returned within 7 days with restocking fee.
• Feed: Unopened feed bags can be returned within 7 days. Opened feed cannot be returned.
• Custom or special order items cannot be returned
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, poultry farming guides, and software, is the property of Kilimo Incubators Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
